J. Dennis Delafield

Mr. Delafield came into the business in 1957. He merged a member firm of the New York Stock Exchange (of which he was a director and shareholder) with Sterling, Grace & Co. in New York in 1959. Subsequently, he became a partner in charge of research in investment advisory services for Sterling, Grace. In 1970, he joined David J. Greene & Co. as Sterling, Grace had decided to de-emphasize the investment advisory business. He became a managing partner of David J. Greene, leaving there in 1980, to found Delafield Asset Management, Inc. ("Delafield").

Mr. Delafield received a BA from Princeton University in 1957 and achieved his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1968.


Vincent Sellecchia
Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Delafield Asset Management

Mr. Sellecchia started as an investment analyst in the Trust Dept. of Irving Trust & Co. during May of 1976. He worked there for three years before becoming part of the research team of Gabelli & Co. He joined DAM in October of 1980, the year Delafield Asset Management, Inc. ("Delafield") was founded.

Mr. Sellecchia received his BA from Boston College in 1974 and an MBA from New York University in 1976. He achieved his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1980.


Josh Kaufthal
Analyst, Delafield Asset Management

Mr. Kaufthal is an Analyst with DAM. He joined Delafield Asset Management, Inc. ("Delafield") in September of 2003. Prior to joining, he was an Associate Analyst in the equity research department at UBS where he covered broadline retail stocks, with a focus on the department store sector. Before joining UBS in 2000, Mr. Kaufthal was a Financial Analyst in Bear Stearns' natural resource investment banking group.

Mr. Kaufthal received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania in 1997.


James Maxwell
Analyst, Delafield Asset Management

Mr. Maxwell is an Analyst with Delafield Asset Management. He joined Delafield in December 2006.

Mr. Maxwell graduated Cum Laude with a double major in Finance & Economics from Northern Arizona University in May 2006.

He is currently a CFA Level 2 Candidate.

Cleo Kotis

Ms. Kotis joined Delafield Asset Management, Inc. in December 1993. Prior to joining, she worked for Josepthal & Associates in the equity research department.

Ms. Kotis attended Adelphi University and Baruch College.
